Just for You - Recipe of the MonthBlueberry Bliss Chocolate CakeThis cake is a delicious blend of blueberries and dark chocolate, offering a healthy indulgence with no sugar and a high protein content from Greek yogurt. Perfect as a treat or even a breakfast option!![]() Ingredients: - 6 eggs - 70 g sweetener of choice (e.g., birch sugar) - 500 g Greek yogurt - 4 tablespoons oat flour - 10 g baking powder - 70 g grated dark chocolate Additional: - 200 g blueberries - 200 ml whipping cream - 30 g grated dark chocolate
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 170°C/338°F. Grate the dark chocolate by hand or in a blender. Lightly oil the baking pan. Mix the oat flour with the baking powder. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the blueberries and 30 g of grated dark chocolate to the whipped cream. Mix well. Beat the eggs and sweetener until fluffy. Add the Greek yogurt, the flour with baking powder, and the grated chocolate. Mix well. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for about 10 minutes, until a firmer layer forms on top. Remove the cake from the oven. Scatter the blueberry mixture over the top using a spoon.
Return the cake to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the cake forms a slightly darker crust.
Test with a toothpick to check if it's done. The toothpick should come out slightly moist when inserted in the center.
